Founder Sean Donaldson began his career with the renowned Vidal Sassoon in London, where he spent more than fourteen years refining his craft and developing an approach rooted in precision cutting, technical excellence, and advanced education. His career went on to include senior leadership roles in education and creative management across the United Kingdom and the United States, experiences that continue to shape the philosophy and standards of Sean Donaldson Hair today.
Following the opening of the Miami Beach salon, Sean expanded the brand with a second location in Brickell, bringing the same commitment to exceptional hairdressing, artistry, and highly personalized service to the heart of the city.
